Information we collect
Yopima, LLC collects the information necessary to maintain investor records and to remit distributions: legal name, entity information, contact details, mailing address, taxpayer classification, taxpayer identification number, ownership interest, and remittance instructions.
How we use it
Investor information is used solely to administer your ownership interest, verify identity, calculate and remit distributions, meet tax reporting obligations, and deliver company communications. We do not sell investor information.
Protection of account data
Bank account, routing and taxpayer identification numbers are stored in restricted form. Only the last four digits are displayed to you or to administrators. Full values are accessible only to the payment function that requires them.
Access and disclosure
Your records are visible to you and to authorized Yopima administrators. We may disclose information to our accountants, escrow agent, or counsel where required to administer distributions or comply with law.
Retention
Investor records, payment history and tax documents are retained for the period required by applicable law and company policy, and remain subject to an immutable audit trail.
